When will my order arrive?
LM Apparel items are printed to order through our manufacturing partners — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, and once your order ships, delivery adds another 3–5 business days within the US. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days total from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
I haven’t received a tracking number yet — is that normal?
Yes! Since every item is printed to order, your tracking number is sent to your email once production is complete and your order has shipped. If it’s been more than 7 business days since you ordered, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
My tracking shows “Label Created” but hasn’t moved — what does that mean?
This means your order is on its way to the carrier. It typically takes 1–2 business days for the first tracking scan to appear in the system.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, LM Apparel ships within the United States only. We’re working on expanding our shipping coverage — stay tuned for updates!
My order shows delivered but I haven’t received it — what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please check with neighbors and your building’s mailroom first. If it still can’t be located after 2 business days, contact us and we’ll make it right — guaranteed.
