What if your package is late or missing?

Carrier delays can happen in bad weather and at peak times. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and your mailroom first. If it is still missing, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

You can still order, but check the estimated delivery date at checkout, and do not count on it arriving before December 25. An order placed after December 4 may still arrive in time, since the usual window is 5 to 12 business days, but the later you order, the more you depend on the faster end of that range and on carriers running on schedule.
